Switzerland Omics operates GenomicVault, a secure storage and controlled retrieval service for genome data. We do not provide diagnostics or medical advice.

Summary

We store your genome files and related outputs, keep an audit trail, and only permit retrieval when you authorise it. You can withdraw consent at any time in your account.

Purpose: Secure storage and controlled retrieval of genome data under Swiss law. We do not use your data for marketing or unrelated research without separate explicit consent.

Legal basis: Contract to operate the service, and your consent for optional recipient specific retrievals that you authorise.

Your rights: You may request access, correction, portability, restriction, or deletion of your data. Identity verification is required.

Important: GenomicVault is not a diagnostic service. For clinical decisions, consult a qualified professional.

Consents

I consent to the storage and processing of my genomic data in GenomicVault for the operation of my account.I permit retrieval of selected datasets that I explicitly authorise in the portal. Retrieval is granted only to recipients I designate, following authenticated request and email confirmation. Each retrieval will be logged.I consent to separate, optional participation in research projects when I opt in to a specific project. No research use will occur without an additional, project specific consent.

This is a demonstration. In production you can withdraw consent at any time in your account or by emailing privacy@switzerlandomics.ch.
